Yes, you can drive anywhere within UAE with rental cars - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, all allowed under standard rental agreements. Cross-emirate driving is completely normal and encouraged. I drove my Octane Rent SUV to Abu Dhabi (140km), Fujairah (120km), and even up to RAK (150km) with no issues.
