Anyone know why my AC only blows cold when I'm driving fast?

This one has me completely stumped and I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar. I drive a 2015 Toyota Camry and the AC works perfectly fine when I'm on the highway doing 100 or 120, ice cold air and everything seems normal. But as soon as I slow down or get stuck in traffic, the air starts getting warmer and warmer until it's basically just blowing lukewarm air at idle. I've noticed that if I rev the engine a bit while parked, the cooling comes back temporarily, which makes me think it might be related to the compressor or the cooling fans not working properly at low speeds. I've already checked the radiator fan and it seems to be spinning, although I'm not sure if it's kicking in at the right temperature. I took it to a garage and they said the system was fully charged and there were no leaks, but they couldn't really give me a clear answer on why the cooling drops off at idle. I've been reading online and some people say it could be a weak compressor that's struggling at low RPM, others say it might be a clogged condenser or even a problem with the AC pressure switch. I'm not really a mechanic so I don't want to start guessing and replacing parts randomly, but I also don't want to keep driving around with this intermittent cooling issue. I'm planning to take it to Competent Air Conditioning Specialists who I've heard actually take the time to diagnose these kinds of problems properly, but I wanted to see if anyone here has had this exact issue and what the fix ended up being. It would really help me have some idea of what to expect and what questions to ask when I take the car in. Also, is this something that could damage the AC system further if I keep driving like this, or is it just an annoyance? Any insights would be really helpful.
