Is same day brake work on a Mustang actually realistic? Need it before the weekend

My brother in law is flying in on Friday and I promised to pick him up from the airport in my 2017 Mustang GT, which is a problem because the brakes have started to vibrate when I slow down from higher speed. It is not terrible yet, but the steering wheel shakes a little and I can feel it through my seat too. I called two places already and one said they could look at it next week, the other said leave it for two or three days. That does not work for me because I need the car for work all week. A neighbour told me to look for same-day brake repair for Mustang drivers serving Al Wasl, since a few shops around there are used to cars like mine and keep common parts in stock. I honestly did not think that was possible, I always thought brake work meant waiting for parts to arrive from somewhere. I also read a page about Mustang brake pads just to get an idea of what could be wrong, and it said shaking can come from worn pads or from rotors that are uneven. That made sense, but now I am worried it could be both, and then the job gets bigger and slower. So I want to ask people who have done this. Can a shop really finish pads and rotors in one day on a Mustang, or is that only for simple jobs? Do I need to book early in the morning, or can I just show up? Should I call and describe the shaking first so they can have parts ready? Also, if they say it needs more than pads, how do I know they are not just adding extra work to make the bill bigger? I would feel better if someone could tell me what a fair price looks like for a front brake job on a V8 Mustang here. I drive mostly in the city and sometimes go to Abu Dhabi for family visits, so safety matters more to me than speed, but I really would like both if possible. If you had a good same day experience, please tell me what you asked them before you handed over the keys. Thanks, and sorry if this sounds like a silly question, I am still learning about this car.
