Rolls-Royce Dawn gearbox noise at low speed, who checks these cars?

I have a small worry about my car and I hope other owners can tell me if it is normal. I have a 2017 Rolls-Royce Dawn and I use it mostly for weekend drives and special dinners. For about ten days now, when I drive slowly in the parking area of my building, I hear a soft grinding sound that comes and goes. It is not loud, but when the windows are down I notice it every time. Sometimes the car also feels like it steps down a gear a little late when I slow for a speed bump. My wife thinks the sound comes from the road or the tires. My friend has an older Ghost and he said it could be gearbox oil or a small part that is starting to wear. My cousin says these cars are built to last and I should not worry until something breaks. I did not know who to believe, so one night I read about it online. I opened a page about Rolls-Royce cars on a Sharjah website to learn how the gearbox, the oil and the computer work together. It said a small noise at low speed can be an early sign, and that a scan and an oil check are the best first steps before anyone opens anything. That made me feel calmer. Then a coworker told me to look for a Professional Rolls-Royce transmission service near Industrial Area 10 and ask them to show me the fault codes on paper. He said a good place will explain the problem in easy words and will not rush me into a big repair. I liked that advice because I do not know much about these cars. So I have some questions click here https://gearboxrepairsharjah.ae/brands/rolls-royce. Is a soft grinding sound at low speed usually the gearbox, or can it come from somewhere else like the wheels? Is it safe to keep driving the car on weekends until it is checked? Should I ask for a scan and an oil check before I agree to any repair? And about how long does a first check take, and what is a fair price? If you had the same thing on your Dawn, Ghost or Wraith, please tell me what it was and about how much you paid. Thanks a lot.
