My experience during the 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh changed me in many positive ways. Physically, I became stronger, healthier, and more flexible. Mentally, I learned how to stay calmer and more focused even during stressful situations. Emotionally, I developed more confidence and self-awareness. One of the biggest lessons I learned was how important it is to slow down and live mindfully instead of constantly rushing through life.
